HOUSE HUNT EXPO 2024

The Southern Construction Research and Development Service Society constituted by the Builders' Association of India, Southern Centre organized a House Hunt Expo 2024 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam from 6th September 2024 to 8th September 2024.

The HouseHunt Expo 2024 was formally inaugurated on 6th September 2024 at the Chennai Trade Centre. The inauguration ceremony was graced by Thiru T.M. Anbarasan, Hon'ble Minister for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of Tamil Nadu. The Hon'ble Minister inaugurated the event by cutting the ribbon and lighting the traditional Kuthuvilakku, accompanied by other distinguished dignitaries.

In his inaugural address, Thiru T.M. Anbarasan highlighted the importance of such platforms in promoting the real estate sector and providing opportunities for home seekers. Bhishma Shri R. Radhakrishnan, Past National President and Trustee of BAI, delivered a special address, emphasizing the growth of the construction industry and its positive impact on the economy.

The welcome address was delivered by Mr. S. Ramaprabhu, Chairman of HouseHunt Expo 2024, who acknowledged the efforts of all participants and contributors in organizing the event. Following this Shri N.G. Lokanathan, Chairman, BAI Southern Centre, hri R. Sivakumar, National Vice President, BAI South Zone-II and Shri Mu. Mohan, Trustee and Past National President, BAI addressed the gathering.

After the formalities, the Hon'ble Minister toured the stalls, interacting with exhibitors and exploring the wide array of real estate options on display.

The HouseHunt Expo 2024 concluded successfully on 8th September 2024. As a token of appreciation, Bhishma Shri R. Radhakrishnan, Past National President and Trustee, presented mementos to all the exhibitors, acknowledging their participation and contribution to the event's success.
