Meeting with Dr. J. Radhakrishnan, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of the
Greater Chennai Corporation

On the afternoon of April 29, 2024, Mr. N.G. Lokanathan, Centre Chairman together with Mr. R. Sivakumar, National Vice President, South Zone-II, and Mr. R. Nimrode, Vice Chairman & Chairman of the Corporation of Chennai Committee met with Dr. J. Radhakrishnan, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of the Greater Chennai Corporation and Mr. S. Rajendran, Chief Engineer (General). They presented two separate memorandums addressing the need for a transparent fee structure in the Demand Advice issued by the Greater Chennai Corporation and for remedial measures concerning GST/Income Tax deductions for contractors.
