Meeting with Dr. J. Radhakrishnan, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of the Greater Chennai Corporation

On the afternoon of June 28, 2024, Mr. N.G. Lokanathan, Centre Chairman together with Mr. A.N. Balaji, Imm. Past Chairman, and Mr. R. Nimrode, Vice Chairman & Chairman of the Corporation of Chennai Committee met with Dr. J. Radhakrishnan, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of the Greater Chennai Corporation). They presented a memorandums addressing the following issues:

• Delay in Plan Approval
• Delay in Completion Certificates and Refund of Security Deposits
• Approval Processes for Road Cutting
• Lack of Transparency in Fee Structure in Plan approval Demand Advice
• Delay in Payment to Civil Contractors
