An Affiliated Associations Meeting was convened by Centre Chairman Thiru K. Gopinathan on 26th May 2026 at the BAI Southern Centre premises, Ambattur.

Office Bearers from six affiliated associations—Chennai Southern Builders Association (CSBA), SCBA, Flat Promoters Association (Avadi & Ambattur), FPA South, Singara Chennai Builders Association and Association of Builders for Chennai Development (ABCD)—participated in the meeting.

The participants deliberated on various issues affecting the construction industry and discussed measures for addressing the challenges faced by builders, contractors and developers.

The meeting was efficiently coordinated and organized by Thiru S. Ramaprabhu, Chairman, CMDA/DTCP Committee.
