PWD: third Preliminary Meeting on Common Schedule of Rates (2026 - 27)

The second preliminary meeting for scrutinizing and finalizing the Common Schedule of Rates for the year 2026–27 for all Engineering Departments was organized by the Engineer-in-Chief and Chief Engineer (General), PWD on 25.02.2026 at the PWD Conference Hall.

Representing the Builders’ Association of India, Southern Centre, PWD Committee Chairman and Past Chairman Mr. L. Venkatesan, Mr. K.Venkatesan, State Chairman, BAI Tamil Nadu and Mr. A. N. Balaji handed over the suggested Rates to the Chief Engineer, PWD and in the SOR meeting they have offered detailed recommendations and necessary modifications for consideration.
