Second All India MC/GC Meeting.

The Second MC/GC meeting was held on 24/9/2022 at Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel, Kovalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Chairman Mr. R.R.Shridhar, Bishma Mr. R.Radhakrishnan, All India Past President & Past Trustee, Mr. Mu. Moahan, Trustee and All India Past President, All Senior Members, Office Bearers of Southern Centre, and General Council Members totaling 42 members have participated in the meeting. It was a proud moment to BAI-Southern Centre that in the Meeting, BAI awards for 2021-22 were announced to centres which adjudged best in various disciplines. BAI- Southern Centre and its Members bagged the following awards:

1. Best Centre Award for consecutive 11th time.
2. Best Publication award for 8th consecutive time.
3. Conducting best Convention (XXX All India Builders' Convention)
4. Award to the Chairman, XXX All India Builders' Convention Bhishma Mr.R.Radhakrishnan as the 'Best performing Chairman of BAI's Functional Committees'
5. Award to the Organising Committee Chairman, XXX All India Builders Convention Mr. Mu.Moahan as the 'Best performing Chairman of BAI's Functional Committees'
6. Best State Chairman Mr. R.Siva Kumar
7. Best Vice President Mr. S. Ayyanathan.
