Meeting with Thiru Shiv Das Meena, I.A.S., Chairperson, TNRERA

On 18th November 2024, a delegation from the Builders' Association of India, comprising Mr. R. Sivakumar, National Vice President, South Zone-II; Mr. K. Venkatesan, State Secretary; Mr. S. Ramaprabhu, CMDA & DTCP Committee Chairman; Mr. L. Shantha Kumar, RERA Committee Chairman; and Mr. A. Sathyanarayana, Joint Secretary, BAI Southern Centre, met with Thiru Shiv Das Meena, IAS, Chairperson, TNRERA. The delegation discussed challenges faced by the real estate industry related to RERA approvals and requested the Chairperson's support in resolving these issues.
