On 17 July 2026, a delegation from BAI Southern Centre comprising Mr. K. Gopinathan, Chairman, Mr. A.N. Balaji, State Secretary, BAI Tamil Nadu, Mr. L. Shanthakumar, Chairman, RERA & Real Estate Committee and Mr. A. Sathyanarayana, Hon. Secretary, called on Thiru K. Phanindra Reddy, Retd. IAS, on the occasion of his assuming charge as the Chairperson of Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA).

The delegation conveyed their greetings and extended their best wishes to him for a successful tenure. The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange views on matters relating to the real estate and construction sector.
