On the evening of 16th April 2025, BAI Southern Centre proudly commemorated its Platinum Jubilee (75th Anniversary) inaugural Celebrations along with the Installation Ceremony of its new team of office bearers. The grand event, held at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, was attended by over 1,000 distinguished dignitaries and members.
The following new team of office bearers for 2025-26 led by the Chairman, Thiru R. Nimrode, was sworn in by the Installation Officer, Bhishma Thiru R. Radhakrishnan, Past National President and Past Trustee, Builders' Association of India, in the presence of:

Additionally, a new team of 15 Executive Committee Members was inducted by the Installation Officer.
In his acceptance speech, Chairman Thiru R. Nimrode presented a roadmap for BAI Southern Centre , outlining the key objectives and initiatives planned for the year 2025-26.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Thiru G. Diwakar, Honorary Secretary, BAI-Southern Centre, who expressed gratitude to all participants. He also extended special thanks to the Organizing Committee Chairman, Thiru R. Sivakumar, and Co-Chairman, Thiru S. Ramaprabhu, for their dedicated efforts in organizing the event in a grand and successful manner.
