Tree Plantation - Engineer's Day 2025

In commemoration of Engineer's Day and as a tribute to Bharat Ratna Sir M. Visvesvaraya on his birth anniversary, the Builder's Association of India, Southern Centre, organized a Tree Plantation Program of 200 saplings on Monday, 15th September 2025, at 9.30 a.m. The event was held at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology, Thirupachur, Thiruvallur (Tk. & Dt.) - 631 203, with the support of the Tamil Nadu Forest Department.

The program was inaugurated by Bhishma Shri R. Radhakrishnan, Past National President & Past Trustee, BAI, in the esteemed presence of Thiru Lakshmana Kumar, Assistant Conservator of Forests, Tamil Nadu.

The event was graced by Thiru K. Venkatesan, State Chairman, BAI Tamil Nadu, Thiru L. Venkatesan, All India Trustee, BAI, Thiru R.Nimrode, Centre Chairman, Office Bearers, and Senior Members of BAI Southern Centre.

The plantation drive not only commemorated the legacy of Sir M. Visvesvaraya but also marked a meaningful initiative towards environmental sustainability.
