Technical Seminar on New Construction- 5 Point water proofing

The Builders' Association of India, Southern Centre successfully conducted a Technical Seminar on “NEW CONSTRUCTION - 5 POINT WATER PROOFING” on 14th November 2025 at Padma Bhushan Dr. A. Ramakrishna Auditorium,BAI Southern Centre Premises.

The seminar commenced with an inspiring Inaugural Address by Sevarathna Bhishma Shri R. Radhakrishnan, Past National President & Trustee, followed by valuable insights from our Guest of Honour Shri Mu. Moahan, Past National President & Trustee, and Shri L. Venkatesan, All India Trustee.

The Technical Session featured excellent presentations by

• Mr. P. Johndris Kirubakaran, Regional Manager - Tamil Nadu
• Thiru P. V. Prushothaman Babu, Technical Executive, M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd.
• Dr. Fixit Technical Team

The entire event was well organised by Mr. R. Ramesh, Chairman, Seminar Committee and Mr. S. Karunanithi, Co-Chairman, Seminar Committee whose efforts ensured the smooth execution of the program.

The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 180 members, who greatly benefited from the technical insights shared. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mr. G. Diwakar, followed by lunch.
