Affiliated Association Meeting

Affiliated Association Meeting was conducted by Centre Chairman Mr. A.N. Balaji on 11/07/2023 in Southern Centre Premises, Ambattur. Mr. Mu.Moahan, Trustee and Past National President, BAI, Office Bearers and Representatives from the Chennai Flat Promoters Association, Singara Chennai Builders Association, Flat Promoters Association. Chennai South, Flat Promoters Association. Tambaram, Chennai Southern Builders Association, Flat Promoters Association (Ambattur & Avadi have attended the meeting and discussed on Tamil Nadu Government’s recent orders on revision of stamp duty on power of attorney to sell immovable property. After discussions, it was decided to submit a Memorandum to the Government requesting to revoke the orders or stamp paper and registration fees rise to a considerable increase.
