On the evening of 8th March 2026, BAI Southern Centre conducted the Installation Ceremony of its new team of office bearers. The grand event, held at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, was attended by over 750 distinguished dignitaries and members.

The following new team of office bearers for 2026-27 led by the Chairman, Thiru K. Gopinathan, was sworn in by the Installation Officer, Bhishma Thiru R. Radhakrishnan, Past National President and Past Trustee, Builders’ Association of India, in the presence of:

Additionally, a new team of 15 Executive Committee Members was inducted by the Installation Officer and GC members elected from BAI Southern Centre were felicitated.

In his acceptance speech, Chairman Thiru K. Gopinathan presented a roadmap for BAI Southern Centre, outlining the key objectives and initiatives planned for the year 2026-27.

The vote of thanks was delivered by Thiru A. Sathyanarayana, Honorary Secretary, BAI-Southern Centre, who expressed gratitude to all participants. He also extended special thanks to the Organizing Committee Chairman, Thiru S. Ramaprabhu and Co-Chairman, Thiru R.R.Shridhar for their dedicated efforts in organizing the event in a grand and successful manner.
