Students Orientation Programme and Special Recruitment Initiative

The placement cell of BAI-Southern Centre organized a special recruitment initiative on 07/12/2024, inviting final-year Civil Engineering students from St. Joseph College of Engineering. The program aimed to facilitate internships and provide recommendations for suitable positions in member companies. Centre Chairman Mr. N.G. Lokanathan, Past Centre Chairman Mr. S. Ramaprabhu, Chairman of Civil Engineering Graduates Training and Orientation Mr. A.N. Balaji, and Hon. Secretary Mr. K. Gopinathan conducted preliminary interviews with over 20 students. Additionally, an orientation program was held to build competencies, enhance employability skills, and guide the young talents toward a successful career path.
