BAI Southern Centre Installation Function

The Installation Ceremony of Builders' Association of India, Southern Centre took place on the evening of 03rd May 2024 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai. The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries and attended by over 1200 members.

The New team of Office Bearers for 2024-25 led by the able Chairman Shri N.G. Lokanathan was sworn in by the Installation Officer Bhishma Shri R.Radhakrishnan, Past National President and Past Trustee, Builders’ Association of India in the presence of Dr. V. Irai Anbu, Chief Guest, Thiru K. Viswanathan, National President, BAI, Guest of Honors Hon’ble Mr. Justice S.Rajeswaran (Retd), Thiru S.N. Reddy, Immediate Past National President, Thiru R.Sivakumar, Vice President, South zone-II, Thiru B. Palanivel, State Chairman, BAI-Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & Andaman Nicobar, Thiru Mu.Moahan, Trustee/All India Past National President, BAI and Thiru M.Thirusangu, Trustee/Past Vice President, BAI:

Additionally, the new team of 15 Executive Committee Members were also installed by the Installation Officer Bhishma Shri R.Radhakrishnan, Past National President and Past Trustee. The Chief Guest Dr. V.Irai Anbu, IAS (Retd), Former Chief Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu congratulated the new Team and delivered a motivational speech.

In his acceptance speech, Shri N.G. Lokanathan ,Chairman presented a Roadmap for BAI Southern Centre, highlighting the objectives for the year 2024-25. Shri K.Gopinathan, Honorary Secretary BAI-Southern Centre proposed a vote of thanks to all the participants and expressed gratitude to the Organising Committee Chairman Shri K.Venkatesan and Co-Chairman Shri S.Ramaprabhu for Organising the Ceremony in a grand manner.
