Meeting with Mr. V. Sivakrishnamurthy, I.A.S. Dy. Commissioner (Works), Greater Chennai Corporation

On 2nd September 2025, a delegation comprising Mr. R. Nimrode, Centre Chairman, Mr. R. Sivakumar, Immediate Past National Vice President, Mr. A.N. Balaji, Past Chairman, Mr. J. Nirmal Chand Challani, Hon. Joint Secretary, Mr. T.M.S. Shivakumar, Chairman - Corporation of Chennai Committee, and Mr. M. Kannan, EC Member, met Thiru V. Sivakrishnamurthy, I.A.S. Deputy Commissioner (Works), Chief Engineers and Superintending Engineers, Greater Chennai Corporation.

The delegation presented and submitted a memorandum requesting the Commissioner's intervention in clearing the pending contractor payments and to resume the RXIL (Receivable Exchange of India Limited) Scheme. This initiative would provide much-needed relief to the contractors and enable them to carry out their works without financial strain.
