Today, I am grateful, privileged, humbled and honored to take up the role as The Chairman, Southern Centre, Builders' Association of India.
The outstanding contributions of my predecessors are highly remarkable and a benchmark as well.
I personally believe that our organization’s focus lies in the happiness of every individual member for which we need to accelerate with the same or a better pace in creating strategies to generate economic, societal and environmental values.
BAI is a forum where people in construction industry together, work for the interest of the members mutually supporting each other evolving a professional fraternity, which helps not only in the business development but also in taking the business to new heights.
The Builders Association of India has taken upon itself the duty of honoring the Construction workers, the back-bone of the profession on a day in October every year by presenting them with gifts and having dinner with them.
We can claim, with our humbleness, that we have done our part at times of natures fury and disasters like the Earthquake (Maharashtra) where our Association has constructed some earth-quake proof houses, the Gujarat earth quake where one of our members did an exemplary job in the clearance of debris and restoring Buildings.
